You have received a gift card, preloaded with $500 USD. This can be used for any spending outside of what is included in the program - like shopping, dining out, etc. 

Follow this link to check your card's balance and add it to your Apple or Google Wallet. 

Instructions to add to your Apple Wallet: 

• Navigate to perfectgift.com
• Enter the 16 digit card number and CVV code
• Continue to "Check Balance" 
• From there, you will register your card with your phone number by completing the "Add to Apple Wallet" prompt (Note: this does NOT automatically add the card to your wallet) 
  • Proceed to the Wallet on your phone
  • Hit the "+" button
  • Select "Debit or Credit" > "Enter Card Details Manually" 
  • Once the card details are entered, you will receive a text to verify you phone number. 
  • Your card should now be in your Wallet!
